Barrier-Free Information
Most of the park's facilities are barrier-free, but please note that some facilities are not accessible to visitors.

Guests with pets
Pets (dogs) are allowed in Makibaen.
Please observe the following rules when allowing dogs into Koiwai Farm Makiba Park.
Please ask at the admission desk to sign the "Agreement" describing the terms and conditions of use when you visit.
Pets other than dogs (cats, rabbits, ferrets, etc.) are not allowed. Please understand this in advance.

Admission fee for pets (dogs) is 500 yen per dog (including dog run fee).
A dog run is also available after admission.

As for accompanying dogs
Please observe the following
■Basic training has been done (toilet, no barking, no biting).
■Not under medical treatment, in good health, and free of contagious diseases.
■Not in heat.
■In addition to the rabies vaccination, the child has been vaccinated with a combination of vaccines (at least 3 types) within 1 year.
*Not available if less than 2 weeks have passed since the vaccination.
■Fleas, ticks, and parasites are eradicated.
■Do not engage in any conduct that may harm or cause discomfort to other customers.

*The animal area is closed during the winter.

*Service dogs, hearing dogs, and guide dogs as defined in the "Assistance Dogs for the Physically Disabled Law" are allowed to enter, including inside the facilities.
■Please be aware that there are some visitors in the park who do not like dogs or are allergic to dogs. Please be considerate of the people around you, especially at night.
■Please wear a secure collar or harness and lead (leash) while in the park.
■If you use an elastic lead, be sure to lock it short to prevent it from extending too long.
■Please do not leave them tied to standing trees, fences, etc. in the park.
■Please refrain from brushing dogs in the park.
■Do not give water directly from the faucets of water fountains in the park.
■Please be sure to clean up after your dog's feces, urine, vomit, etc. by yourself.
If you pee in the park, please splash water on it and rinse it off immediately.
Please bag the feces and take it home with you.
*Poo boxes are removed during the winter months.
Requests for Enrollment
To prevent accidents, the following activities are prohibited at Koiwai Farm. Please understand this in advance.
■Use of large tents and parasols.
■Bringing and using drones, kites and other flying objects and radio-controlled devices.
■Bringing and using hard bats, hard balls, etc.
■Bring in and ride vehicles that can propel themselves (tricycles, bicycles, kickboards, kids' bikes, etc.), skateboards, roller shoes, etc.
Please note that staff at the entrance may determine that you are not allowed to bring in your own items. Please inquire in advance if you are unsure.
■Bring and use barbecue equipment.
■Encroachment into restricted areas.
■Other activities that disturb other guests.
