Pets (dogs) admitted to Makibaen are required to pay an admission fee of 500 yen per dog.
Dog run is available after admission.
Pets (dogs) are allowed in Makiba Park.
Koiwai FarmPlease observe the following rules when allowing dogs to enter Makiba Park.
Please ask at the entrance desk to sign the “Agreement” describing the terms and conditions of use when visiting the park.
Pets other than dogs (cats, rabbits, ferrets, etc.) are not allowed to enter. Please understand this in advance.
■Basic training has been done (toilet, no barking, no biting).
■They are not under medical treatment, are in good health, and are free of contagious diseases.
■ Not in heat.
■ In addition to the rabies vaccination, the child has been vaccinated with a combination of vaccines (at least three types) within one year.
*Not available if less than 2 weeks have passed since the vaccination.
■Fleas, ticks, and parasites are eradicated.
Do not engage in any conduct that may cause harm or discomfort to other customers.
Please note that there are some areas in Makiba Park that are not accessible to visitors accompanied by dogs.

*Service dogs, hearing dogs, and guide dogs as stipulated in the “Assistance Dogs for the Physically Disabled Law” are allowed to enter the park, including inside the facilities.
Please be aware that there are some visitors in the park who do not like dogs or are allergic to dogs. Please be considerate of the people around you, especially at night.
Please wear a leash or harness and keep your dog on a leash while in the park.
If you use an elastic leash, be sure to lock it short so that it does not extend over long periods of time.
Please do not leave your dog tied to standing trees or fences in the park.
Please refrain from brushing your dog in the park.
Please do not allow your dog to drink water directly from the faucets at the water fountains in the park.
Please be sure to clean up after your dog’s feces, urine, vomit, etc. by yourself.
If your dog pees in the park, please rinse it off with water as soon as possible.
Please put feces in a bag and take it home. Poop boxes are removed during the winter.
