Please submit the reservation form by 5:59 p.m. 7 days prior to your visit.

All meat used is beef from Koiwai Farms.
Reservations can be made until 5:59 p.m. 7 days prior to your visit using the reservation form. Same-day reservations are not accepted.
　Reservations can be cancelled up to 3 days prior to the date of use.
The dining venue is “Charcoal BBQ Garden”. Please note that other dining venues are not available.

We do not accept reservation of seating (pets are allowed).
If you do not show up 30 minutes after the reserved date and time without prior notice, we will consider your reservation as cancelled.
　In case of cancellation on the day of the reservation, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
