Koiwai Farm Makibaen is looking for part-time staff during Golden Week. No experience or inexperience is necessary.
A commuter bus from Morioka Station is also available.

Part-time job period

April 26 (Saturday) – May 6 (Tuesday), 2025 (11 days)

type of occupation

The number of working days will be adjusted on a shift basis at each workplace.

(1) Admission control: Information at entrance, ticket sales and check
(2) Restaurant service (Sanroku-kan and charcoal BBQ garden)
(3) Makiba-no Ramen (kitchen, serving ramen)
(4) Cafeteria kitchen: Work in the cafeteria kitchen (washing dishes, simple serving work, etc.)
(5) Farm kitchen: Selling soft ice cream and light meals
(6) Shop: Merchandise (6) Shop: Making sets of products, putting out products (Sanroku-kan store, outside store)
7) Horseback riding, archery: Reception and customer service for horseback riding, reception and customer service for archery
8) Reception for events and rental items
9) Parking lot guidance, maintenance of Makibaen facilities

Hours.

8:45 – 17:15 (7.5 hours actual work)
*There will be a total of 1 hour break time, including meal time. Depending on the workplace to which you are assigned, you may be asked to take your break in installments. (e.g., 30-minute meal break, 30-minute free break, etc.)
* Depending on the workplace, working hours may be extended, staggered, or otherwise adjusted, or you may be required to work shorter hours.

*Overtime allowance will be paid at a 25% premium for overtime hours worked in excess of 7.5 hours per day.

wage payment

The payment is due at the end of the month and is to be transferred to the designated financial institution on the 10th of the following month.
*Only an account in the name of the person taking the part-time job will be accepted. If you do not have an account, please open one by the day you start work once you are notified of employment.

traveling expenses

・Private car commuters welcome
・Transportation allowance for private car commuters (fixed amount depending on distance)
*One way commuting distance Less than 10km: 200 yen Less than 15km: 300 yen Less than 25km: 400 yen Less than 35km: 500 yen Over 35km: 600 yen
However, those who ride in a car with someone working at Koiwai Farm or commute even one way by However, those who commute by train are not eligible for the subsidy.
