Environmental Policy

Based on the efforts of our predecessors who "created a green environment from a barren wilderness," we aim for "sustainable development" by striving to preserve and improve the global environment through our business activities, starting with Koiwai Farm.

In other words, Koiwai Farms' mission is to contribute to society by continuing to conduct comprehensive business operations, including greening and tourism, based on its core business of agriculture, forestry, and livestock production, while introducing new agricultural and livestock products in recent years, and further enhancing its business while respecting the lush nature and environment it has created in the course of its business activities. Our mission is to contribute to society by continuing to enhance our business activities while respecting the rich green nature and environment that we have formed in the course of our business activities. In promoting these business activities, we will adhere to the following principles regarding the environment.

In all of our activities, including those of our subsidiaries, all of our employees will work together to ensure that our business operations are environmentally friendly, sustainable, and recycling-oriented. We will also extend this campaign to suppliers and other parties related to our business to further enhance the campaign.

To this end, activities will be carried out with the following in mind

(1) We will promote thorough environmental preservation, and promote technological improvements with the aim of effective utilization of resources and recycling-oriented activities.
(2) We will comply with all laws, regulations, and rules related to the environment.
(3) We will strive to continuously improve our environmental management system to enhance our environmental performance.
(4) All employees will maintain a high level of environmental awareness and coexist in harmony with society.
